By using Foreday you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.
The service
Foreday helps you capture and sort your tasks and notes and shows you what to do next. It's in beta: features change, and things can break. Keep your own copy of anything critical (Settings → Download my data).
Not medical advice
Foreday is a productivity tool. It isn't a medical, mental-health or ADHD treatment and doesn't give professional advice.
Your account
Keep your login safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.
Your content
You own what you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you (including AI sorting, see the privacy policy). You can delete it whenever you want.
Fair use
Don't use Foreday to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to access other people's data, or to resell it. Plans have daily limits (shown in Settings) to keep costs and abuse in check. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscription and billing
Price. Foreday costs $14.99 per month (US dollars), plus any sales tax the law requires.
Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You enter a card to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $14.99 on the day it ends. One free trial per person.
Auto-renewal. After that, your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price, and your card is charged each time, until you cancel. We'll tell you before the price changes for you.
How to cancel. Open Foreday, then Settings, then Subscription, then Manage subscription, and cancel. It takes a couple of taps and needs no email or phone call. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. If you cancel later, you keep Foreday until the end of the month you already paid for, and you aren't charged again.
Refunds. Charges aren't refunded for time already used. If something went wrong or you were charged by mistake, write to the address below within 30 days and we'll fix it.
Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a while and we give you a grace period before access pauses; update your card in Manage subscription and it opens right back up.
Your data when you stop. If your subscription ends you can still sign in and download your data. You can delete everything any time.
No warranty
Foreday is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that the AI will sort everything correctly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
Ending
You can stop using Foreday and delete your data at any time. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice, and you'll be able to download your data before it closes.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
