Small habits.
One tap a day.

Foreday Habits is a month of days you check off with one tap. Pick your habits and the weekdays they're for, open any day to tick them, and the Insight card tells you one true thing from your own history, like the weekday your walks actually happen.

How Habits works

A habit tracker that fits in one glance, not one more chore.

Tap

Tap a day. That's it.

Your month opens first, every time you open Foreday. Tap today to check it off. Tap again to clear it, with Undo. Each day shows how far you got, like 2/3, so the month tells you how it's going without a single chart.

Forgot yesterday? Past days can be filled in. Future days can't be checked, so the month stays honest.

Every day, or just some

Each habit is for every day or the weekdays you pick. A day only shows its own habits.

Labels on any date

Put a short word on a day, past or future: a weigh-in, a doctor visit. Repeat it weekly if you like.

Your own check mark

Like a star for a great day? Turn on Check icon and give a day any emoji you want.

Your day

Hold a day to open it.

Hold any day for half a second and its page opens: that day's habits with a check box each, your morning and night journal, a label, and a notes box for anything else. Swipe or use the arrows to step from day to day.

On a computer, click a day to open it and use the small tick to check it.

See how far you got

Each day counts its own habits, so a rest day with one habit can still be a full day.

As many as you like

No limit on habits. Drag to reorder, rename one, or change its days any time.

Archive, don't lose

Done with a habit? Archive it. Its history stays, and Bring back restores it.

Insight

One true thing, from your own days.

Most habit apps hand you charts. Foreday reads your last four weeks and says one thing the page doesn't already show: a habit that's sticking, the weekday it works best, a run that's close to your best, or what goes with your better days.

Foreday finds the pattern in your own ticks. The AI only puts it into words, and a line with a made-up number, a guilt trip or diet advice is thrown away.

No guilt trips

The Insight never scolds, and never gives medical or diet advice. A gap gets a gentle way back in.

New here? A tip first

With only a few days of history there's no pattern yet, so you get a short tip instead, written by us, not the AI.

A reminder that knows

At 8 PM, only if something is still open: how many habits are left, and your Night page. Change the time or turn it off.

All connected

Habits next to the rest of your day

Your habits live in the same app as your tasks, notes and journal, so one look at a day tells the whole story.

A morning page that sets the day

Write the 3 things that would make today great. They go to the top of today's tasks, in gold.

Your night, on the same page

Three good things and one thing to do better, right next to the habits you ticked.

Insight that sees both

Because habits and journal sit together, the Insight can tell which habits go with your better days.

Every tick is yours

Download everything any time: every habit, archived ones too, every tick and every day's note.

Four apps, one place

Most people keep a habit tracker, a to-do list, a notes app and a journal. Foreday is all four, and the AI connects them: the three things that would make today great go to the top of your list, and the Insight card finds what goes with your better days.

Questions about Habits

Straight answers, including what Habits doesn't do yet.

Can Foreday replace my habit tracker app?

If you want a calm month view with one tap a day, yes. You add as many habits as you like, for every day or only some weekdays, check them off on each day's page, and the Insight card points out patterns in your own history. What it does not do yet: there is no streak counter or chart screen, no reminder time for each habit, no counting (a habit is done or not done, not 8 glasses), no Apple Health and no widgets. It also needs an internet connection. If you rely on those, a dedicated habit app is the better fit for now.

How do I check off a habit?

Tap a day in the month to mark it done; tap it again to clear it, with Undo. Hold a day for half a second to open it: that weekday's habits are there with round check boxes and a count like 2 of 4. Past days work too, so a day you forgot can still be filled in. Future days cannot be checked.

Can a habit be only for some days of the week?

Yes. Each habit is for every day or the weekdays you pick, and a day only shows the habits that belong to it. You can rename a habit, change its days, drag to reorder, or archive it: its history stays, and Bring back restores it. There is no limit on how many habits you add.

What does the Insight card say?

One short line about your own history that the page does not already show, such as a habit you did 3 of the last 4 days, the weekday a habit goes best on, or a streak close to your best. Foreday finds the pattern itself and the AI only puts it into words; a line that invents a number, repeats today's count, or gives medical, diet or guilt advice is thrown away. With only a few days of history it shows a short tip instead, written by us, not by the AI.

Are my habits private?

There are no ads and nothing is sold. To word the Insight, a short summary of the pattern (like a habit's name and how many days) is sent to an AI service through OpenRouter, which is set to use only providers that do not train on your data or keep it. You can download every habit and every tick, or delete everything, in Settings.

How much does it cost?

Habits are part of Foreday, with tasks, notes, the journal and the AI helper: one plan, $14.99 a month after a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start the trial, and you can cancel any time in Settings.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not in the App Store yet. Foreday works in your phone's browser today, and you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app.
