Can Foreday replace Apple Notes, Google Keep or Evernote?
For personal notes, for most people, yes. Foreday Notes has folders inside folders, titles and headings, bold and colour, bullets and checklists, photos, search, and import from Evernote and Google Keep. The difference is that you never file anything: the AI puts each note in the right folder. What it does not do yet: it needs an internet connection, there is no web clipper, and notes cannot be shared with other people for editing. If you rely on those, keep your old app for them.
Does the AI change what I wrote?
Filing only moves a note into a folder. Tidy up changes the layout (headings, bullets, bold, typos), not your words: Foreday checks that what you wrote is still there before it saves, and your original is one tap away (Tidied, with an undo arrow). Folders you make yourself keep their names and their notes, and Organize shows you the new folder tree before anything moves, with an undo for a day.
How do I move my notes from Evernote, Google Keep or Apple Notes?
Evernote: File, Export, save the .enex file and upload it in Foreday's Settings. Google Keep: download your Keep data from takeout.google.com and upload the .zip. Apple Notes: select all, copy, and paste it into Notes, Paste & organize, or save your notes as .md files with an exporter app and upload them. Checkboxes and checklists become tasks.
Are my notes private?
There are no ads and nothing is sold. To file and tidy a note, its text is sent to an AI service through OpenRouter, which is set to use only providers that do not train on your data or keep it. You can download every note as Markdown, or delete everything in Settings.
How much does Foreday Notes cost?
Notes are part of Foreday, with tasks, habits, the journal and the AI helper: one plan, $14.99 a month after a 7-day free trial. A card is needed to start the trial, and you can cancel any time in Settings.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not in the App Store yet. Foreday works in your phone's browser today, and you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app.
